Job Description:

As a Product Management Director, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of the roadmap for our customer experience platforms. This involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of customers and business partners, and that we have a positive impact on the overall business.

Key responsibilities include understanding existing install bases, identifying opportunities for incremental features and roadmap to retain existing customers, and developing major breakthrough features to address existing gaps in the product. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering on executing the roadmap with prioritization and precision, evangelizing new feature functions and versions to both internal and external stakeholders, and leading and aligning the efforts of other team members in the PM team to deliver effective releases.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product fulfillment and design of license enforcement, where necessary. You will also continuously improve your skills and knowledge to drive optimal results with sales and the channel.

Other responsibilities include defining industry analyst strategy for CX, ensuring successful leadership position in tier 1 vendor reports, and engaging with tier 2 vendors to support GTM efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven background and in-depth product and technical knowledge of similar customer experience platforms.
  • Knowledge of using Aha (or similar Product Management tools) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Product Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with Sales, and Development teams is essential.
  • Understanding and/or demonstrated experience of how to infuse AI/ML into a marketing product in a very meaningful way.
