We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage our GeM portal operations and lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product catalog, pricing updates, and order processing on the GeM portal.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders for IT government contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and procurement officers.
  • Analyze market opportunities in government IT and prepare strategic proposals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare detailed tender responses highlighting cybersecurity, data center, and digital transformation capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
