Job Title: Tender Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager/Specialist to drive our government tender-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management: Develop and implement strategic tender plans, identify new business opportunities, and manage submissions
  • Bid Preparation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering processes

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in tender management or a similar role, preferably in the power industry
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
