Lead Strategic Learning and Development

Our organization is seeking an exceptional professional to spearhead our strategic learning and development function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organizational capability, leadership development, and talent readiness.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing management development centers, assessment centers, and capability building frameworks aligned with business goals. This role will require strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to design and implement pan-India L&D strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business transformation and growth.
  • Establish and operationalize management development centers and assessment centers for leadership pipeline development.
  • Drive organizational capability building across technical, behavioral, and leadership domains.

Talent & Leadership Development:

  • Develop and execute succession planning frameworks and high-potential talent programs.
  • Create customized learning journeys for different employee segments.
  • Lead executive coaching, mentoring, and career pathing initiatives.

Learning Infrastructure & Innovation:

  • Integrate digital learning platforms across locations.
  • Promote blended learning models including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.
  • Leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

  • Collaborate with plant heads, functional leaders, and HRBPs to identify learning needs and deploy solutions.
  • Act as a change agent for cultural transformation and continuous learning.
  • Manage external partnerships with universities, consultants, and tech providers.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
  • At least 10 years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure and communicate learning impact.
