Key Account Operations Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of client accounts and back-office operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks including:

  • Maintaining accurate records of client ledgers, tracking deposits, withdrawals, and trading margins.
  • Reconciling daily balances to ensure accuracy in client accounts.
  • Ensuring timely completion of trade settlements, reconciling executed trades with exchange and back-office systems.
  • Capturing and recording brokerage, statutory fees (GST, STT, SEBI charges, stamp duty), and other trade-related charges.
  • Providing detailed profit-and-loss reports for clients, detailing charge breakdowns.
  • Ensuring accurate tax reporting, deducting and recording applicable taxes.
  • Assisting clients with capital gains accounting, generating tax-related reports.
  • Reconciling trading balances with bank accounts and back-office records, eliminating discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax-related obligations.
  • Regularly reconciling bank accounts, client accounts, and trade settlements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding process, processing and recording client pay-ins and pay-outs for trades, and generating contract notes, trade confirmations, and margin reports to clients. You will also handle client queries related to trade execution, account balances, and discrepancies, maintaining accurate records of all client transactions, corporate actions, and account activities.
