Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Associate

**Job Description**

The primary role of a Senior Financial Operations Associate is to oversee and manage various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of vendor statements, bank transactions, and other financial data.
  • Credit Card Management: Oversee credit card transactions, ensuring timely payment, accurate reconciliation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll-related tasks, including entries, reconciliation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Vendor Bill Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, while maintaining records of all transactions.
  • Sales Tax Calculation and Filing: Calculate and file sales tax as required, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Internal Communication: Respond to internal queries, provide support, and maintain open communication with team members and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a KPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
