Job Overview: Senior Financial Expert

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and digital transformation to spearhead our European operations.

  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring precision and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as an SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Order-to-Cash (O2C): Streamline billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Oversee purchasing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
  • Plan-to-Product: Support costing, product lifecycle, and profitability analysis.
  • Request-to-Service (R2S): Align service delivery with financial and operational KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, audits, and compliance management.
