Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong background in Loan Origination and Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of entire loan origination workflows to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as RBI guidelines.
  • Verifying end-to-end quality of the Loan Origination and Loan Management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in various types of testing in core banking systems, including Loan Origination.
  • Understanding business requirements from financial documents and knowledge of Oracle Flexcube Application.
  • Developing and executing test cases to guarantee quality and functionality.
  • Strong knowledge in handling Liabilities modules like CASA, TD, Payments, Funds Transfer, OD, ELCM.
  • Strong knowledge in handling Assets modules like Retail Loans, Corporate Loans, LOS, FCC and FCR, Deposit and clearing.
  • Knowledge of OBPM (NEFT, RTGS & IMPS), Journal Acc, GEFU, Reports.
  • Experience working in functionalities like Loan Origination, Loan Disbursement, Loan Repayment, NPA movements.
  • Good understanding of GL and accounting entries on Asset modules.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL queries.
  • Ability to sustain delivery timelines under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in preparing test strategies, test cases, defect logging, and tracking.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, ALM/Quality Center, or similar test management tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good to have Agile methodology experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
