We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 813 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BRD drafting, testing, product delivery in UAT, API integrations, and working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS).

Key Responsibilities

  • BRD Drafting: Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to capture business needs and requirements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and are free from defects.
  • Product Delivery in UAT: Ensure successful product delivery in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment.
  • API Integrations: Design, develop, and test API integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
  • Loan Origination System (LOS) Knowledge: Possess working knowledge of LOS, including system workflows, data flows, and business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 9-14 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Loan Origination Systems or related financial systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with BRD development, testing, and API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
