About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Business Analyst
who will act as the key bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams. You'll be responsible for translating business needs into detailed functional requirements, driving process improvements, supporting project execution, and ensuring smooth communication across all fronts.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fintech and deep curiosity about
stock markets and trading systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and system requirements
  • Prepare detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Analyze current processes and suggest enhancements
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
  • Participate in testing and validation of solutions
  • Create training materials and support end users
  • Collaborate with vendors and ensure project compliance
  • Apply domain expertise in
    NSE, BSE, MCX, and CDSL
    operations

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Domain knowledge in financial markets or trading systems (preferred)
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn
