Job Opportunity for Developmental Quality Assurance Leader

A senior role in quality assurance is available at a leading integrated Life Science products and Innovative Solutions provider. The company serves Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Agrochemical, Consumer, and Industrial customers with customised products and solutions that are innovative, cost-effective, and conforming to excellent quality standards.

Job Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead quality systems across R&D and pilot stages, ensuring first-time-right, scalable product designs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing robust process design and control strategies for R&D and Pilot plant.
  • Designing and executing experiments, including DOE and hypothesis studies, to develop and optimize processes.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve business goals.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction through effective QA processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology transfer and process implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • MSc/MPHarma-Chemistry degree or equivalent experience.
  • 16-24 years of experience in the API/Intermediate/Fine chemical industry.
  • Sound knowledge of Fine chemical, DQA, and product development at R&D stage.
