Job Title:

Process Improvement Leader

About the Role:

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced process improvement specialist to join our team as a Process Improvement Leader. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business improvements through data-driven analysis and metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement projects across various areas of the business, including finance, operations, and customer experience.
  • Mentor and guide team members on improvement projects, focusing on Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Develop and execute site-wide communication strategies to promote process improvements and engage stakeholders.
  • Analyze key process indicators to identify optimization opportunities and drive tangible cost savings initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience in process improvement, preferably with a focus on data-driven analysis and metrics.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.
