IT Administrator

We are seeking an IT administrator to maintain our company's IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in IT administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in installing and updating software across the company's systems.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic IT problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Help ensure regular data backups and contribute to the company's data security efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Network concepts (e.g., computers, printers, servers).
  • Office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Basic knowledge of network security and firewall configurations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
Communication Skills:
