Overview

This senior leadership role involves shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of a forward-thinking customer experience company. The ideal candidate will have industry expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to capital investment for aligned interests and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the overall business strategy to grow the BPO and AI-driven service portfolio.
  • Business Development: Expand the client base across industries, establish partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Capital Contribution: Contribute agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold limited liability partnership governance standards.
  • Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • A willingness and ability to make a capital investment in the limited liability partnership as part of the partnership role.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in BPO, contact center, customer experience, or related industries.
  • A strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in profit and loss management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
