Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will ensure timely project delivery within budget and aligned with organizational goals as the Head of Finance, Compliance & Accounts for the Polyester Project.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Financial Frameworks

Partner with treasury and corporate teams to establish optimized financing structures for project execution.

Monitor Performance and Cash Flow

Lead initiatives in cost and tax optimization, ensuring key performance indicators are met against targets.

Oversee Regulatory Compliance

Mitigate financial risks through sound audit processes and governance practices.

Refine Systems and Procedures

Continually enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Build High-Performance Teams

Mentor next-generation leaders and foster a collaborative environment.

Negotiate Contracts and Procurement

Foster favorable terms, tax benefits, and long-term value protection in contract negotiations.

Success Metrics

Primary Key Performance Indicators include Final Investment Decision Completion, Cross-functional Collaboration, Tax & Incentive Optimization, and Regulatory Compliance.
