Job Title: Operations Management Director

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Operations Management Director to oversee end-to-end operations, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with international quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives, leveraging lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Monitor production lines to ensure delivery targets, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved, adhering to preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee production planning and material flow to meet customer order timelines, coordinating closely with merchandising, sourcing, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor strict quality control measures across all production stages, investigating and resolving quality issues through corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in apparel/fabric manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
