Upholding Sales Excellence as Assistant General Manager

At Bondada EcoBuild Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant General Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the uPVC windows and doors segment. This pivotal role demands a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the uPVC industry, customer preferences, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the uPVC windows and doors market.
- Identify new market opportunities, key customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team focused on uPVC windows and doors.
- Conduct regular training programs to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Set clear performance goals for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Client Relationships & Business Expansion:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and direct customers to ensure brand visibility and loyalty.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and engage new business partners to expand the distribution network.
Revenue Generation & Profitability:
- Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals through effective pricing strategies and negotiations.
- Oversee large contracts, tenders, and long-term agreements with key accounts.
- Develop strategies to increase market share within the uPVC segment.
Product Expertise & Customization:
- Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights for product innovation.
- Ensure the team has a thorough understanding of technical aspects and benefits of uPVC windows and doors.
- Customize sales pitches to suit the unique requirements of different market segments (residential, commercial, institutional).
Sales Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the use of CRM systems to track customer interactions and improve sales processes.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Provide input into marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities related to uPVC windows and doors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3-4 years in the uPVC windows and doors industry or related building materials industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share in the uPVC segment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects and benefits of uPVC windows and doors.
- Experience with CRM tools, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
