Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Business Development to lead our enterprise sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned geography.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven Sales & Business Development experience.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or equivalent.
- Master's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration preferred.
- Must have Sales experience into Enterprise Software Solutions BI, CRM, ERP, EPM or any enterprise level solutions.
- Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect with C-level executives.
