About the Role:
This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics to ensure consistent growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Oversee the operation of direct-to-customer platforms, including company-owned websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces.
- Optimize website performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage product listings.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Design and manage promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Evaluate customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Analyze user behavior, identify trends, and optimize customer journeys using analytics tools.
- Present regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer demographics.
- Stay updated with new strategies and tools to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred) from top-tier colleges.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
