About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship professional with a background in staffing/recruitment to drive client growth, expand business opportunities, and deliver consistent revenue results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent solutions on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive account management and strategic planning.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, account growth, and delivery targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building efforts.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry (IT staffing preferred), with a proven track record of success.
- Strong expertise in client handling, account management, and business development, with a focus on identifying opportunities and converting them into business wins.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and drive results.
