  1. Analyze business requirements to design and implement technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
  2. Configure and develop the Guidewire Policy Center application, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Conduct unit tests, collaborate with colleagues, and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, delivering high-quality solutions.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Experience with Guidewire Policy Center configuration and development, with a focus on data modeling and PL/SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Java, GOSU scripting, and XML, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a production environment.
  • Proven track record of conducting unit tests, debugging, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with relevant work experience.
