Subtitling Coordination Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in the subtitling coordination department.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing your team members, scheduling work, and monitoring projects. You will also communicate with other teams, such as Translator Support, to ensure smooth operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising Localization Coordinators
  • Setting clear objectives and aligning team members with the team's vision
  • Communicating expectations, goals, and feedback regularly and resolving any concerns or issues proactively

You will need to have excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong command of the English language. A graduate degree is required, and a keen interest in the media industry is preferred.

The successful candidate will be part of a large international team and will have opportunities to grow their skills and advance within the company.
