Overview

Job Role
  • Oversee the execution of construction projects at a site in Visakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to resolve day-to-day problems that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare and submit reports to project managers on progress, problems encountered, and recommendations for countermeasures.
  • Certify bills of quantity for work completed by subcontractors.
  • Maintain records of site personnel and expenses.

Site Management

  • Oversee overall management, administration, and coordination of construction works.
  • Evaluate compliance with technical specifications, quality system procedures, standard engineering practice, and statutory requirements.

Coordination and Communication

  • Serve as liaison between companies, customers, and subcontractors on matters related to site activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers to resolve issues and provide updates on project progress.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Submit regular reports on project progress, including weekly and monthly achieved progress reports.
  • Certify bills of quantity for work completed by subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of site personnel and expenses.
