Site Engineer Position

Detailed Job Description:

  • The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Key duties include preparing site plans and specifications, inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with design and safety codes, directing or performing surveys and measurements, estimating costs, and planning and coordinating construction activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluate project progress and budget matters to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours worked.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to develop and implement project designs and estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • On-site project management experience in civil and structural engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with at least 2-3 years' experience in a related field.
