Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions for a full-time position based in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in site supervision within the construction industry. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating various construction activities to ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction sector is required to be considered for this position.
- Proven experience in site safety management to ensure compliance with safety regulations is a mandatory skill.
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively, ensuring timely completion, is crucial to the success in this role (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in materials management to ensure the supply of required construction materials is always available (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in construction scheduling to optimize project timelines and reduce potential delays is a required skill.
