Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist

Job Description:

The role of the Project Controls Engineer is to oversee and coordinate project delivery across various sectors, ensuring timely completion while managing costs and resources. This involves collaborating with internal teams to develop program plans and establish cost and schedule baselines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controls plans to support contract requirements and successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders.
  • Chair and facilitate necessary project level change forums and ensure all decisions are enacted within the change control system.
  • Provide specialist advice and technical knowledge to resolve or mitigate delays, issues, and other challenges throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Professional certification in project management (preferably from PMI).

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven experience in project controls for large-scale complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in cost control, scheduling, time management, and earned value management processes.
