Senior Executive

This senior executive role is a high-level position that involves managing and driving the success of a business unit (SBU) across multiple product categories through an e-commerce driven channel.

The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking, able to disrupt traditional procurement processes in the MSME market and bring in a more organized way of transaction.

  • Key Account Management: Ability to handle key accounts & Operations work
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to handle internal & external stakeholders to provide best service to the client (Internal Stakeholder - different departments, Customer Success, Warehouse, Products, Marketing team etc/External stakeholders - Client's POC, LSP etc)
  • Market Entry Strategy: Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
  • Sales Operations: Plan and execute sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders
  • Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
