Renewable Energy Innovations are seeking a Senior Wind Turbine Foundation Design Specialist to join our Engineering Design Office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and analyzing wind turbine generator foundations, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with international standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can:

  • Design and optimize various types of wind turbine foundation structures (gravity-based, spread footing, piled, rock-anchored, shallow mat, ribbed beam)
  • Perform structural load and stress calculations under gravity, wind, seismic, and fatigue conditions
  • Select and validate construction materials for efficiency and sustainability
  • Prepare and review design basis reports, BOQs, drawings, and calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with relevant national and international codes and standards
  • Collaborate closely with geotechnical, hydrology, BoP, electrical, and CTS teams to drive integrated solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization) or Master's in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in the Power & Utilities sector, with a focus on renewable energy foundations and similar applications
  • Proficiency in software tools such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, PLAXIS 2D/3D
  • Expertise in wind turbine generator foundation design, geotechnical risk assessment, hydrology, seismic analysis, and civil design codes
