Senior Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in QA/QC, project execution, vendor and stakeholder management, and team leadership.

• Lead inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
• Supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
• Manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards.
• Engage with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status.
• Drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and inspection efficiency.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
• Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy (solar and wind mandatory).
• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
• Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
• Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Additional:
• Willingness to travel to project and vendor sites frequently.
• Exposure to utility-scale or large rooftop solar/wind projects preferred.
