We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance customer skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of support cases and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure swift resolutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with firewall central management systems and multi-factor authentication security systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience working with Windows, Linux, and MAC OS, as well as Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortinet products.
