Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding for their needs.
  • Utilize expertise, knowledge base, and training resources to provide consistent solutions and resolutions.
  • Document issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions with pinpoint accuracy to reduce repeat efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, honing skills and knowledge to accelerate support and product expertise.
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and leaders to drive innovative solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • Fluent English language proficiency (both verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
  • Honest, dependable, and transparent approach to work.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated analytical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Superior level of professionalism and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completed B.Sc (Computers/Electronics), BCA, or BBA degree from a reputable institution.
  • Relevant work experience in similar roles, preferably in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers directly and effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in 24X7 rotational shift environments, primarily in the US time zone.

  • Excellent typing speed (at least 50 words per minute).
  • Proficient listening, understanding, and responding skills in a neutral accent.
  • Meticulous documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
