Job Summary
Goodyear is seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead the Technology Center in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to internal and external business partners, creating long-term healthy customer relationships, and driving standardization and continuous improvement in processes and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall operations of the Technology Center in India to meet critical needs of the business.
- Ensure quality service to customers within established service level agreement (SLA) and budgets.
- Build strong working relationships with customers to understand functional needs and fulfillment through solutions development.
- Continuously improve the operational efficiency/effectiveness for the Technology Center in India.
- Actively drive the evolution of a common service delivery infrastructure and operations for key areas such as IT, Digital, and Engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Technology, or related discipline.
- 15 or more years of experience in Business/Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a sizeable operation both in number of people and breadth of functions.
- International experience mandatory.
