About the Role

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to support our operations during US business hours. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings across time zones and manage schedules to ensure seamless communication.
  • Expense Management: Handle expense reports, cash accounting, and provide financial updates as needed.
  • Logistics: Prepare shipment documentation and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communication: Draft, review, and send regular emails to clients and team members.
  • Follow-up: Maintain communication records and follow up with clients as necessary.
  • Office Administration: Assist with day-to-day office tasks and provide administrative support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
