Job Title: Clinical Data Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data management plan, encompassing protocol conversion, database development, CRF design, and data review and reconciliation processes.
  • Data Integration and Synchronization: Ensure seamless integration of external data collection with clinical trial data, facilitating accurate and relevant data management and reconciliation.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Execute robust quality control strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables, accelerate subject data cleanliness, and facilitate timely reporting.
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Leverage business intelligence and analytics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, informing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Application: Apply AI and ML techniques to enhance anomaly and outlier detection, optimizing trial data efficiency and quality.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and Clinical Trial Operational Analytics (CTOA) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Query Resolution and Centralized Data Management Platform Configuration: Collaborate with technical teams to configure centralized data management platforms, ensuring efficient data cleaning strategy and oversight activities.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data management documentation, including DMPs, CCGs, help texts, and DVSs throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration and Quality Oversight: Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless team communication and coordination to deliver high-quality results and maintain adherence to industry standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity in all aspects of data management.
