Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the organization's revenue-generating activities, ensuring a cohesive alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an overarching revenue growth strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead direct, broker, and partnership channels for end-to-end revenue ownership
  • Drive regional sales performance across various territories
  • Promote inside sales and lead generation to build a robust pipeline
  • Foster and strengthen broker relationships for targeted revenue growth
  • Oversee B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning efforts
  • Increase visibility through events, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across departments
  • Cultivate customer retention, upselling, and high satisfaction through CS teams
  • Establish a data-driven growth culture with clear KPIs and analytics
