Senior Director - BPO Operations || Hi-Tech Clients

Gurgaon / Hyderabad | 20+ years experience | Leadership role

About the Role:

We are seeking a senior leader to drive large-scale global engagements for Hi-Tech customers. This role partners with client decision-makers, manages diverse delivery teams across geographies, and owns overall account health, growth, and P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global delivery teams and ensure seamless execution of large, complex programs.
  • Re-engineer processes, modernize shared services, and drive digital transformation.
  • Represent in RFPs/RFIs, solution design, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, vendor onboarding, acquisitions, and knowledge transfers.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, ROI, and account growth while building strong stakeholder trust.

What We're Looking For:

  • 20+ years in Operations delivery with 18+ years in leadership, preferably in CMT/Hi-Tech.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, process re-engineering, and global delivery management.
  • Strong expertise in RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and revenue/growth initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and global team leadership experience.
