- Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives and external vendors.
- Management Graduate or Construction Management degree from a reputable institution.
- Strong background in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture with 6+ years of experience.
- Deep understanding of home renovation site execution and feasibility assessment.
- Ability to assess design viability, visualize site conditions, and anticipate potential issues.
- Process-driven professionals with quick problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
- Past experience in Project Management/Operations is essential.
- Preferably worked with operational-focused startups.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and strong data analysis skills.
