About This Role

You will work as an Interior Designer, responsible for creating Modular designs based on conversations with clients.

You should be confident communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach based on feedback.

You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the Sales funnel and driving Sales Closure.
  • Providing excellent Customer Experience during a project.
  • Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Managing the end-to-end Project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Graduation or relevant Diploma.
  • Freshers to up to 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style)
  • Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
