Learning Development Manager

About the Role:

  • The Learning Development Manager will oversee the implementation of learning strategies to enhance employee skills.
  • This includes conducting individual and organizational development needs assessments, deploying diverse learning methods, and organizing e-learning courses and workshops.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the success of development plans and facilitating employees in leveraging learning opportunities.
  • They will collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing, while also overseeing budgets and negotiating contracts for training and development initiatives.
  • Additionally, they will coordinate hiring and training activities to ensure effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
