Job Title: Sales Manager Sourcing

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager Sourcing. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales and be skilled at driving sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active relationships with defined partners - ensuring asset usage, business updates, and participation in active mandates.
  • Drive project awareness among partners via structured training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination.
  • Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including community groups, clubs, and informal professional hubs.
  • Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as community leaders, local bureaucrats, and club administrators.
  • Plan and execute community-led activations including kiosk setups, presentation evenings, and curated site visits to generate verified walk-ins.
  • Capture structured feedback from partners and prospects to understand pricing sensitivity, messaging resonance, and lead quality.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.
  • Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Exposure to leading companies is preferred.
