About the Job

The successful candidate will develop and execute ad strategies to maximize sales and conversions. They will continuously monitor and optimize ad performance through audience targeting, creative testing, and data analysis to achieve the best possible results. Additionally, they will analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve ad performance and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage effective, ROI-driven Facebook and Meta ad campaigns to drive conversions and maximize sales.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance through audience targeting, creative testing, and data analysis to achieve the best possible results.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve ad performance and meet business goals.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver maximum return on investment.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes on Facebook and Meta platforms to keep our advertising strategies ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Meta ad campaigns for ecommerce brands.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies, with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making for campaign optimization.
  • ROI-Focused: Demonstrated ability to create and implement ad strategies that drive high return on investment and increase website purchases.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Excellent creative thinking skills to craft compelling ad content and strategies that captivate and convert audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and present campaign results.
