Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Credit Card Sales Professional to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for selling credit cards to customers and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and terms of credit cards.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain high productivity standards without compromising quality and accuracy.
- Ensure zero cases of mis-selling or fraud during customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, features of various credit cards, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Maintain accurate data of customer leads and updates for timely follow-ups and ensure closures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly credit card acquisition targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers through field visits and networking.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education - 12th Pass or above in any discipline.
- Experience - 6 months of mandatory experience in Credit Card sales.
- Good selling skills.
- Should have his own Two-Wheeler (Bike / Scooter).
- Command over the language spoken English / regional Language for city like Telugu / Marathi / Hindi / Kannada.
- Deep understanding of financial products like Credit cards/ Loans or STPS.
- Active listener with effective convincing power and Patience.
- Should be a smart thinker with the ability to perform under pressure situation.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
