Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA specialist to fill this critical position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high product quality, identifying issues, and improving user experience while collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, UI, regression, and integration testing on web applications.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs, coordinating with developers for timely resolutions.
  • Validate features against acceptance criteria before deployment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fundamental knowledge of React & TypeScript.
  • Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in React Testing Library & Jest for UI and unit testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, STLC, and bug lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of test case management/defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
