As a key member of our digital technology team, we're seeking an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in JavaScript to play a crucial role in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining the architecture of client solutions.

This individual will work closely with the development team to gather requirements and identify optimal solutions for new applications and services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QA and development methodologies, as well as excellent coding skills in JavaScript and experience with defect tracking systems.

Additionally, they will possess high-level English language proficiency, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and understanding of APIs.

Web automation testing experience is highly desired, along with server-side automation testing experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining the architecture of client solutions
  • Working with Microsoft Visual Studio, GitHub, and Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)
  • Creating comprehensive test plans and cases with detailed scenarios for new frontend web applications and REST APIs
  • Developing automated scripts using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cypress
  • Performing manual testing as needed and documenting results according to industry standards
  • Collaborating with the development team to gather requirements and identify optimal solutions
  • Producing technical documentation on performed work according to industry standards and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation
  • Deep understanding of QA and development methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Good coding skills in JavaScript
  • Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Gitlab, Jira, VSTS)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High-level English language proficiency
  • Understanding of APIs
