About the Job:

Preparing and analyzing complex financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting project financing through detailed models are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support fundraising activities.
  • Detailed Project Reports (DPRs): Prepare feasibility studies, cash flow projections, and DPRs.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
