Lead Odoo ERP Implementation

We seek a seasoned professional to drive the successful implementation of Odoo ERP modules across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the deployment of Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HRMS, and Procurement.
  2. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and gap analysis with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Translate business requirements into Odoo configuration and customizations (functional only).
  4. Prepare detailed documentation, SOPs, and user guides for effective project execution.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
  6. Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support clients through go-live and post-implementation phases.
  7. Provide end-user training and functional support.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong grasp of business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
