About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Senior Odoo Techno Functional Consultant
to lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules across diverse business domains. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure modules, deliver training, and support go-live activities. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of business processes and hands-on experience with Odoo

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the
    implementation of Odoo modules
    such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HRMS, and Procurement.
  • Conduct
    requirement gathering workshops
    and
    gap analysis
    with clients and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into Odoo configuration and customizations (functional only).
  • Prepare and deliver detailed
    functional documentation
    , SOPs, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
  • Perform
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    and support the client through go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Provide
    end-user training
    and functional support.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP Implementation (functional).
  • Strong understanding of business workflows across sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, or manufacturing domains.
  • Proven ability to conduct
    client-facing sessions
    and drive implementations independently.
  • Experience in
    Odoo Community or Enterprise editions
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    functional configuration
    , data migration, and testing.
  • Good knowledge of
    Excel
    ,
    project documentation
    , and
    ERP best practices
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT
    .
  • Functional certification in
    Odoo
    or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with
    project management tools
    like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Experience in training end users and writing
    training documentation
    .
