Job Title: Senior Odoo Developer

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with strong expertise in developing, customizing, and integrating Odoo ERP (Community and/ Enterprise editions). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, PostgreSQL, XML/QWeb, and JavaScript (OWL), along with a deep understanding of Odoos ORM, module architecture, and security framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules as per business requirements.
  • Work with Odoos ORM, workflows, and security framework to build scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and user interfaces (QWeb/XML, OWL).
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications via REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 Years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Community and/or Enterprise).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML/QWeb, and JavaScript (OWL framework).
  • Deep knowledge of Odoo ORM, module architecture, and security framework.
  • Proven experience with REST API integrations between Odoo and external systems.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu server administration.
