Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled
Odoo Developer
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and Odoo's modular architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and deploy new
    Odoo applications and modules
    .
  • Customize and enhance existing modules to fit business processes.
  • Collaborate with analysts and business teams to define requirements.
  • Develop workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Integrate Odoo with external systems (APIs, payment gateways, third-party apps).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Handle upgrades, migrations, and technical documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Odoo development.
  • Strong programming knowledge in
    Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, QWeb, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience in Odoo framework, ORM, and modular design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git and Linux/Ubuntu environments.
  • Understanding of ERP workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM).
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in

  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
