expertise to join our distributed development team. You'll collaborate with both U.S.-based and offshore developers to enhance an existing open-source product using
Odoo

Owl Framework

PostgreSQL
. If you enjoy building clean, responsive UIs and thrive in collaborative global teams—this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and enhance open-source ERP modules using
    Odoo
    and
    Owl Framework
  • Code front-end interfaces in
    JavaScript
    ,
    HTML
    , and
    CSS
    with an eye for design
  • Build and maintain backend logic in
    Python
    with
    PostgreSQL
  • Collaborate with product owners and QA engineers to define clear requirements
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    , testing, and performance optimization
  • Work independently while aligning with U.S.-based and offshore teams

Must-Have Skills:

Python (4+ years)

JavaScript (4+ years)

Odoo & Owl Framework

PostgreSQL

CSS / UI Design

HTML, Git

Excellent communication and teamwork

Preferred Skills:

  • REST API integration
  • Docker or containerization
  • Agile development environment
  • Odoo ERP module customization
  • Unit testing frameworks
